About Element Straubing
Element Straubing is a leading testing laboratory based in Straubing, Germany. Established in 1992 as EMV Testhaus GmbH, it has operated as part of the Element Group since September 2020. It is Element’s first EMC, Radio, Safety, and Environmental testing facility located in Germany.
The laboratory provides a comprehensive range of testing services across various industries, including automotive, medical, industrial, household, and laboratory equipment. In addition to its core testing capabilities, Element Straubing offers advisory services, including test planning, compliance strategies, training, and support for global market access, helping customers launch products worldwide.
Element Straubing is accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards and recognized as a Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) for FCC Part 15/18 (USA) and ISED wireless testing (Canada). Since December 2022, it has also been part of Element’s Certified Body Testing Laboratory (CBTL), with reports accepted in over 50 countries under the IECEE CB Scheme.
