About Element Muelheim
Element Muelheim is a DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 accredited materials laboratory, which specializes in material testing of metals, welding technology, and failure analysis. The laboratory is Nadcap accredited and certified by Airbus and Safran Helicopters.
The Muelheim lab spans 2500 square meters with over 60 technicians, engineers, and operators. We offer same-day testing and open from 6am until 10pm to ensure testing is performed at your convenience.
Laboratory capabilities and services
Our dedicated specialists in Muelheim have extensive knowledge and experience in materials science, materials technology, and welding processes. In addition to standardized mechanical-technological tests in accordance with ISO, ASTM, and other key standards, we also offer customer-specific tests, damage analysis, and support for research projects.
