About Element Altbach
The Altbach location opened in 2012 and specializes in Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI). It has one of the largest independent LPI facilities in Europe with a capacity of up to 12000 parts per day. Defective components can be reworked and re-inspected directly on site. The tests are carried out in accordance with customer agreements or common standards such as ISO 3452.
The Altbach location is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 (QM) and ISO 14001:2015 (UM).
