About Element Kamisu-shi
Element Kamisu-shi (formerly known as PCTEST Kamisu-shi) is a 3rd party conformance laboratory authorized by a number of major Japanese Operators. It is located in Kamisu-shi Ibaraki, which is about 30 minutes east of Narita airport.
